All Beethoven Orchestra Concert at Saint Ann & the Holy Trinity
October 27 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Brooklyn Metro Chamber Orchestra today announced All Beethoven, the opening concert of their 2019/2020 Season in Brooklyn. Featuring acclaimed pianist Yoon Lee, and conducted by BMCO’s own Philip Nuzzo. Sunday, October 27th at the incredible St. Ann’s Church. Get tickets at www.BrooklynMCO.org!
Led by internationally acclaimed conductor Philip Nuzzo, the BMCO brings together two of the master’s great works. Award winning artist Yoon Lee joins the BMCO in Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 5, Emperor, his final and most majestic work for piano and orchestra. Winner of the Anton G. Rubinstein International Piano Competition, Dr. Lee’s performances of Beethoven have been described as “equal to Beethoven’s virtuosic demands” by New York Concert Review.
Maestro Nuzzo’s baton ignites the fuse for the sonic fireworks that is Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony. This well known but rarely played work always brings audiences to their feet. Nuzzo’s interpretation of the works of Beethoven have been described as “masterful” and “a pure joy to experience.”
Tickets are on sale now through www.brooklynmco.org starting 9/12/19, at $30 General Admission, $50 Reserved Seating, and $25 for Student/Senior/Military with valid ID. For more information on October 27th’s All Beethoven Concert visit www.brooklynmco.org
