During this global pandemic, the “COVID-19 Playbook,” by Black Sheep Restaurants is making the rounds as restaurants around the world are using it for guidance for reopening.
According to Blacksheep, the playbook is being used not only by the restaurant industry but also by hoteliers, folks in the fashion retail, academia, hospitality schools, and policymakers.
